President Obama: "It's Not About Me, It's About Jobs." Yeah, Right!

You have to love when politicians eat their own words. But is there anyone who eats them as frequently — and obviously — as the 44th President of the United States? Or should that be obliviously? Because he sure doesn’t seem to care, or think we’re paying attention. But it is very much all about him (see David Limbaugh at townhall.com) as this fantastic video from our friends at Americans For Prosperity demonstrates.

No way. It’s not about me. Especially when it comes to taking blame and responsibilty! Never. Not about me, no sir!

One Response to “President Obama: "It's Not About Me, It's About Jobs." Yeah, Right!”

  1. Mark Siegel says:

Our country had 25 years of nearly uninterrupted growth and prosperity. This long period of growth occurred during the leadership of both parties at the national and local levels. Now, let’s see what that growth did for us. During these decades of prosperity our roads crumbled, much needed new roads didn’t get built, bridges fell apart, school children attended school in trailers, libraries didn’t have funds to order new materials, police forces were strapped and prisons overflowed. Does this reflect prosperity? Unfortunately, to experience the type of growth we had depends on gluttonous consumerism and reckless lending. Tax cuts to promote more of the same will just lead us right back down the same blissful path we were on before the meltdown. Yes, I can’t wait to see the Republicans control everything. Then after a period of time people see that they can’t fix anything either and they’ll be voted out and the Democrats will take over again and the cycle begins all over again. Let’s see what “prosperity” does for us next time around!
