		<description><![CDATA[According to conservatives, the ‘uncertainty’ caused by the ACA caused prospective employers not to hire and stymied job growth.  And now that the SCOTUS has provided ‘certainty’ those same conservatives want to perpetuate ‘uncertainty’ by threatening to repeal the new law.  But lest we forget, they WANT job growth to be stymied so that unemployment will remain high up until the election.  How very noble of them.]]></description>
