President
The president manages all areas of The Family Foundation and works directly
with legislators and their staff to aid them in understanding legislation,
and sponsoring family friendly bills. She also directs the advocacy and
research operations of The Family Foundation. Serves as spokesperson for
The Family Foundation in the media.

Chris Freund
VP, Policy and Communications
Responsible for the development and implementation of public relations strategies,
all aspects of media relations, and oversees the formulation and presention
of The Family Foundation public policy positions.

Dan Thompson
VP of Advancement
Responsible for coordinating and conducting fundraising efforts including
annual giving, special events, capital campaigns and planned giving programs.

Dale Oostdyk
Business Manager
Manages the finances of The Family Foundation in a manner of good stewardship.
Also responsible for human resources, office management, constituent services,
events management and Board of Directors' management.

Roger Pogge
Grassroots Director
Responsible for the coordination and development of The Family Foundation's
network of local and regional grassroots chapters. Also assists local grassroots
activists and chapter leadership in furthering the mission of The Family
Foundation.

Policy Analyst
Provides assistance to government relations and policy department, including
public policy research, writing and advocacy.

Advancement Assistant
Provides assistance to advancement departments including event organization,
