What I Shared on Fox and Friends this Morning!

What just happened in Loudoun County should outrage every parent in Virginia.

Three 15-year-old boys at Stone Bridge High School saw a biological female, who self-identifies as male, enter their locker room. Uncomfortable and confused, they privately asked each other, “Why is there a girl in here?”

For that, they are now under a formal Title IX investigation for sexual harassment.

Even more shocking: the female student filmed the boys in the locker room, a blatant violation of school policy. Yet she faces no consequences! Let that sink in.

Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) is targeting young men who simply expressed discomfort with a female in their changing space, while ignoring the actual violation of privacy. These boys didn’t confront the student or harass her at all. They simply asked a question – a question any teenage boy would ask in that situation.

This morning, I appeared alongside our client Seth Wolfe, whose son is one of the boys under investigation, on Fox & Friends to sound the alarm about what’s happening in Loudoun. As I said in the interview:

“I want to make very clear: These boys did absolutely nothing wrong. The most they ever did was ask, ‘Why is there a girl in our locker room?’ and they expressed concern. None of the boys ever spoke to this girl once, so there is no basis for this investigation.”

Here’s the good news: After learning about this blatant abuse of justice and the weaponization of Title IX to potentially destroy the futures of these three young men, our Founding Freedoms Law Center stepped in to represent them.

Since then, Governor Glenn Youngkin and Attorney General Jason Miyares issued a joint statement and launched a formal investigation into Loudoun County Public Schools' handling of the incident.

This case is a perfect illustration of why The Family Foundation’s Founding Freedom Law Center exists: to stand in the gap when families are under fire. To learn more about the FFLC and contribute to our cause, visit the law center’s website.

We are representing these boys free of charge. And it’s only possible because of the faithful support of Virginians like you.

Thank you for standing with us as we fight for truth, justice, and the innocence of these boys.
