All of our public policy decisions are based on the principles of life, marriage, parental authority, constitutional government and religious liberty.

Founding Freedoms Law Center is the legal arm to The Family Foundation. Launched in 2020 in response to the onslaught of dangerous anti-family, anti-life and anti-religious freedom legislation passed in the General Assembly that year. We knew we had to extend the fight from the legislature to the judicial branch.
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters we recently completely funded our $2 million capital campaign to launch the Founding Freedoms Law Center, expand our reach to the next generation and local communities, expand our political action team, and secure our office near Capitol Square. But there's still more to do, we have $390,000 to go to completely pay off our mortgage and hire another full-time attorney.
