ALERT: Governor Northam Announces Support for Legalizing Adult-Use Marijuana in Virginia

During the 2020 General Assembly session, the personal possession (but not the commercialization) of marijuana was legalized. Commericalization of marijuana is under an enactment clause and will be voted on again in a later year. This will put Virginians at an increased risk of marijuana-related traffic accidents, accidental ingestion for minors, and more! Read the entire press release here:
