Legacy Giving
There are several unique ways you can support The Family Foundation and advance biblical principles in Virginia while creating a legacy of freedom. With a little planning, you can join others across the Commonwealth who have established a bequest or planned gift for The Family Foundation in the following ways:
You may make a bequest or gift through your estate by including a provision in your will or living trust, or by naming The Family Foundation as a beneficiary of a retirement plan or life insurance policy. The amount left to The Family Foundation (or any charity) can be expressed as a dollar amount or as a percentage of the assets to be given.
A donor advised fund allows you to work through a third party organization, like Donor's Trust or The National Christian Fund, to make a tax-deductible gift to The Family Foundation to establish a fund today, and later advise The Family Foundation on how you would like the gift used.
