We’ve been running a quiet $2M capital campaign, during which we have been partnering with strategic supporters who contributed to these new initiatives in substantial ways. To date, we have:

• Bought a building to own a permanent headquarters a block and a half from the Capitol 

• Enhanced our technology to livestream our Equip Worldview Academy

• Added a team member to better impact his community of Northern Virginia

• Expanded our grassroots efforts creating Speak Up! Teams 

• Opened the Founding Freedoms Law Center

Next Steps

STEP 1: PAY OFF THE BUILDING

Fulfillment of the capital campaign allowed us to pay down $1M toward our building loan, leaving us with $190,000 on our mortgage. Our remaining monthly payment is offset by renting some unused space. As we’ve grown faster than anticipated to meet the challenges of the left, we need to recapture that space for our team. Paying off the building entirely would place us in the position to utilize the full building and eliminate the need for tenant rent. Naming opportunities are available.
