Do you know what your child is learning about sexuality and gender at school?
Parents—you’re not alone.
Do you wonder what's actually happening in your child's classroom, but sometimes feel intimidated — or even like an intruder — at the thought of approaching school officials with questions? This workshop makes it easy to get started!
Introducing our Family First Parent Workshop, created to empower parents with the confidence they need to protect their children and their parental rights—especially at this moment in our culture when more than ever before, our children are faced with an avalanche of confusing messages about sexuality and relationships. This workshop will help you understand your essential parental rights and the school’s responsibility to uphold them. Hosted by Chinese American Parent Association-NoVA and the Family Foundation’s Speak Up! Fairfax team, this event equips you with tools and takeaway tips to protect your child’s heart and mind.
